This adventurous, fruit-forward espresso is a wild little ride, built from coffees sourced straight from our growing partners in Minas Gerais, Brazil; Guji, Ethiopia; and Cauca, Colombia. We roast each component on its own, then blend them together like a flavour-loving mad scientist to create a cup that’s both beautifully balanced and bursting with personality.

Think juicy fruit sweetness cruising alongside smooth chocolate and a sprinkle of toasted almond. The mouthfeel? Luxurious. The acidity? Just the right kind of zing.

This espresso feels like sending it off a gnarly box jump, nailing the perfect tail-whip, and landing buttery smooth—chaotic in theory, magical in practice.

Our suggested brewing parameter is:

  • 18 grams dry
  • 36 - 38 grams wet
  • 29 - 31 seconds total extraction time
  • 201 Degrees F
